Blood and Puppets: A Punch Adventure.

Punch and Judy take the baby for an ocean cruise. Once away from land who should they meet but pirates! Oh my! This game is about the comedy that follows the meeting of one of the world’s most irrepressible spirits and a group of bumbling bad guys. It is all about slap stick humor. .

Each turn a player buys to right to make up what happens next in the game. Their action isn’t automatic, they have to pick another player to be their referee. The referee decides how likely the action is (which sets what the player has to roll). Other players may buy the right to make counter-arguments which trigger dice rolling contests. While this sounds complicated it is actually extremely simple. Events either happen or don’t. The players keep a running record of what has happened until the facts lead them to a story climax which ends the game! Because people make up different actions each time the game never plays the same way twice! .

Punch and Judy puppet shows are NOT politically correct. Punch always gets his way no matter how many people he has to hit. Be prepared for a lot of violence when you play. .

Blood and Puppets is a beginner level Matrix Game. It comes with a fold out map of the location. Each location has a list of leading questions that the players make up answers for. The game also includes a character sheet booklet, a rules booklet, action tokens and a six-sided die. You can be playing the game 5 minutes after opening it up. .
